Moisturizing Cream

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons vegetable oil.
2 teaspoon lanolin
2 teaspoon glycerin
1 teaspoon beeswax
1 teaspoon emulsifying wax
1 1/4 teaspoon Borax 3 tablespoons water.
Method: Melt oil, wax and lanolin using the double boiling method. Heat water and borax until borax is completely dissolved. Stir in glycerin. Add very slowly, the borax, glycerin and water to the melted waxes while still under heat. Stir continuously with a wooden spatula until thick. Cool it. You may add a few drops of perfume when it is cold.

Moisturizer for oily skin

1 / 2 teaspoon almond oil.
1 teaspoon lanolin
1/2 table spoon olive oil
11/7 tablespoon emulsifying wax
2 teaspoon glycerin
6 tablespoons rose water.
Method: Melt waxes using double boiling method and add almond and olive oil. Stir in glycerin and hot rose water slowly. Continue to stir until the mixture is cold.

Nourishing Your Skin

For a supple, smooth complexion, nourishing is equally important. A good nourishing cream must be applied over face and neck to improve circulation before retiring. For dry skin and ageing skin, you may take on a second application. After 40, the formation of hormones and other vital elements slow down and this calls for a rich, nourishing cream to give your skin a more youthful appearance. There are oil based as well as moisturizing nourishing creams. Creams, lotions, skin foods, vitamin zed creams and anti-wrinkle creams are all nourishing preparations.

Applying cream

Using both your hands stroke gently working your way from throat to chin, to ears, brow to temples and eye area. Start from the outer corner of eye move towards the tear duct and move on to upper eyelids. Remove cream using the same technique.
1 live oil nourishing cream
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Tablespoon beeswax teaspoon borax 3 tablespoons water
Method: Heat the oil slightly. Heat and dissolve completely the borax in the water. Slowly add the heated Borax water to oil until the mixture becomes thick. Vita mined nourishing cream.
1 tablespoon beeswax
1 tablespoon emulsifying wax
3 vitamin E capsule
3 vitamin A capsule
1/2 teaspoon almond oil 1 teaspoon borax
1-2 drops of tincture of benzoic
Method: Melt waxes and lanolin by the double boiling method. Simultaneously, dissolve borax in warm water. Add the water to the wax. Beat until it cools slightly. Squeeze out oil from the capsules and add to mixture. Add a drop of benzoic and whisk until it thickens.

Orange nourishing cream

1 teaspoon of beeswax
4 teaspoons of almond oil
1 teaspoons of emulsifying wax
2 teaspoons of lanolin
3 teaspoons of orange flower water
2 teaspoons of olive oil
2-3 drops of tincture of benzoic
Method: Melt oils and waxes using the double boiling method. Add hot orange flower water and tincture of benzoic. Keep stirring till done.

Rich lanolin nourishing cream

Ingredients:
10 tablespoons of lanolin
2 tablespoon witch hazel
2 tablespoon almond oil
Method: Melt lanolin by the double boiling method. Beat witch-hazel and almond oil and combine with lanolin. Store in an air-tight container.

Lanolin nourishing cream

Ingredients:
6 tablespoons of lanolin 1 tablespoon of honey
2 teaspoon lecithin
Method: Mix together the ingredients and melt using the double boiling method. Add 7 tablespoons of warm water to it. Whisk continuously until it cools. Effective substitute for cold cream Equal parts of lemon juice and glycerin is an excellent cold cream substitute that may used at bed time.

Orange nourishing cream

2 teaspoon witch Hazel
2 teaspoons fresh orange juice
2 teaspoons glycerin
2 teaspoons olive oil
8 teaspoons grated pears soap
4 tablespoon cold water.
Method: Add water to the soap and heat over a low fire until the soap dissolves. Remove from heat. Add olive oil, glycerin, orange juice and witch hazel stirring continuously. Place back on low flame and stir until it begins to thicken. Transfer to a glass jar and allow it to settle for at least 10 days before using it.
